The breakfast was scrumptious and large, the check in was early. Our classic room with separate shower and classical furniture, as example was silent.

Our room had complimentary Wi-Fi and climate control, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the courtyard from there.

Rooms are cozy with nice decor. Bathroom is spacious. Buffet breakfast has great variety of hot and cold food, fruit, bread, and desserts. Hotel location is convenient, just a short walk to metro station. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Staff and Service

During my stay at Intercontinental Madrid, I had an issue with my membership card. The front desk staff expertly resolved the problem and were genuinely concerned about my stay. Their friendly and helpful conversation created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and service.

There were no negative aspects to our stay. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that we will never forget.

The location was perfect, especially for getting to the stadium, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is located in a nice posh area, close to a lot of significant sights but still far enough away from the busiest areas. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
